Help with an existing website
Outdated layouts, slow pages, difficult editing, and integrations that need attention do not always require a complete rebuild. I review the problem, explain what I find, and propose a practical scope.
That can include targeted layout fixes, performance work, content-editing improvements, forms, and integrations. The work and checks depend on your current setup.

Ongoing website support
I provide scheduled WordPress maintenance and agreed development help. For an inherited site, I review its condition and setup first. We discuss hosting, access, responsibilities, priorities, and the work or hours covered.

New WordPress websites start at $3,000.
The starting scope covers a straightforward website of up to five pages, built around your supplied content, with mobile layouts, editable WordPress pages, a contact form, and launch guidance. Larger sites, migrations, and custom features are quoted after we discuss the work. Hosting and ongoing support are separate.

- Up to five standard brochure pages, such as Home, About, Services, one additional service page, and Contact.
- One agreed visual direction using your supplied brand materials, final copy, and images. Light formatting and content organization are included.
- Responsive WordPress pages built with editable native blocks and reusable sections; one standard contact form with agreed submission and delivery checks.
- Foundational page titles, descriptions, heading structure, sitemap and indexing checks.
- Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed direction and functionality; agreed desktop, mobile, navigation, form, and editing checks.
- Launch coordination on an agreed hosting setup and a recorded editing walkthrough.
- 14 days after handoff for correcting defects in the agreed delivered scope. Content changes and ongoing care are separately scoped.
Quoted separately
Additional pages or layouts, substantial copywriting, branding, photography, ecommerce, memberships, custom applications, complex booking or integrations, large content imports, migrations and redirect inventories, and unusual hosting or email work require a separate estimate. Domain, hosting, paid third-party licenses, and recurring care are disclosed separately in the proposal.
Questions before you get in touch
Can you help if someone else built my website?
Yes. I’ll first review the existing setup and the changes you need so I can recommend a practical scope. That includes understanding the theme or page builder, important plugins and integrations, and any difficulties you’re having with editing or maintenance. You don’t need to rebuild simply because someone else created the site; I’ll explain what can reasonably be improved within the current setup.
Do I need a complete redesign?
Not necessarily. Sometimes targeted improvements to layouts, navigation, content or performance are enough. We’ll start with what isn’t working and what the website needs to accomplish, then compare focused fixes with a broader rebuild. If a redesign makes sense, I’ll explain why and define what should be preserved before the work begins.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Editable content is part of the build, including the pages and reusable sections included in the agreed scope. I’ll explain how to update common items such as text, images and links, and provide a walkthrough at handoff. More involved changes to functionality or structure can be handled separately, so you know which tasks you can manage and when to ask for help.
What should I send you?
Send your current website address, if you have one, a short description of what you need, and any important timing constraints. It also helps to mention what’s frustrating you, which content or features must stay, and any examples that clarify your direction. You don’t need a technical specification to start, and please don’t send passwords or sensitive account information through the contact form.
How long will the project take?
I’ll give you a schedule with the proposal after reviewing the scope, content readiness and my availability. The number of pages, integrations, migration work and review rounds all affect the timeline. We’ll identify what I need from you and agree on review points so the schedule reflects the actual work rather than a generic turnaround promise.
Do you work outside Greater Philadelphia?
Yes. I work remotely with clients beyond Greater Philadelphia as well. We can discuss the website, review progress and share feedback through agreed remote communication tools. I’ll make the next steps and review responsibilities clear so the project can move forward without requiring in-person meetings.
