A comprehensive WordPress redesign with restructured content, event functionality, and extensive migration planning.
The starting point
The website was fully redesigned in Elementor Pro after a long planning process with the client.
Much of the work went past the visual design. The old site had a large number of pages and established URLs, and each one had to be weighed against a new information architecture. Some legacy pages were removed or merged, and whole new sections and content paths were added.
What I did
Planned and built the WordPress pages for the redesigned site.
Managed the move from the old site structure to the new one, including reorganizing content, setting up new sections and handling existing links.
Worked with the team that added an events calendar for programming and visitor information.
Continue to support performance, forms, email delivery, security, image optimization, technical SEO, troubleshooting and monthly maintenance.
