Common Ground Kauai
Migrated from a non-WordPress platform and later completely redesigned using a client-provided wireframe as the starting point. The new site was expanded into a responsive, performance-focused WordPress experience with ongoing technical management.
Overview
Common Ground Kauai originally came to W3 Affinity on a platform outside WordPress. The initial project involved migrating the site to WordPress while maintaining the appearance and experience of the existing website.
The property was later completely redesigned after the client established a new visual direction through a Squarespace wireframe. That concept became the foundation for a substantially expanded and refined WordPress experience.
My Contribution
I helped translate the client’s visual direction into a responsive WordPress website using GeneratePress and Elementor, extending the original concept into a more complete design system and page experience.
My ongoing responsibilities include development, Gravity Forms configuration, Postmark email delivery, security management, performance optimization, image optimization, technical SEO, maintenance, and special landing pages or functionality.
